Back to Basics

This program is a 45-minute class on the basics of Infection Control taught by seasoned professionals.  Offered 2 times a year, this class held on the day of the monthly meeting, is a must for the new practitioner and a wonderful refresher for the experienced. 

CIC Exam Preparation Group

Do you need help preparing for the exam?  Study groups are forming who will mentor the new or returning practitioner.  Take advantage of a direct access to information and expertise.  

Membership Scholarships

A limited number of $100.00 scholarships are available for APIC members who have attended an accredited workshop or convention. Bring back a 30-minute review of a presented topic to share the information with the APIC Greater LA Chapter at a meeting.  

Please apply prior to leaving for the conference.  Applications are available from the education chair and on the web page.  Applications will be approved on a first come, first served basis.
